Delivery Locations

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and delivery details.


 

Shipping Time

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note that during peak seasons or promotions, delivery times may be slightly extended.


 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

You can use this number to track your package on our delivery partner’s website.

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us at info within 7 days of receiving your order.

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly and ensure your satisfaction.


 

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility


Due to the nature of our products (perfumes, oils, candles, and diffusers), we can only accept returns or exchanges for items that are:

  • Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
  • Reported within 7 days of delivery



Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used perfume oils, candles, or diffusers
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging at info@memoireessence.com.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.


 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an unopened item for a different scent or product, please contact our customer service team.

The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
